Abstract:
Recently, Luo Yonghao and Zheng Gang, the founding partner of Zihui Venture Capital, have been shouting on Weibo for many times, which once again broke out in public opinion and sparked heated discussions.
Yesterday, Zheng Gang issued a real-name report reporting Luo Yonghao and Jiu Ge Friend’s all canceled limited partnerships for major tax evasion. Zheng Gang said that even if you cancel now, you can be brought back to life to see how much tax you owe and how much debt you have made in these limited partnerships.

At the same time, Zheng Gang also solicited the best law firms in China and the best accounting accounting firms in China, hoping to join the 15-year-old Bad Debt of Smartisan Technology.
He also promised that for every penny returned, 10-20% of the return income can be withdrawn, and more can be obtained. The total bid of Zihui is about 300 million, and up to 30% can be divided.
Luo Yonghao was adamant about this and said that this Weibo content has been screenshotted. Too many hooligans on the Internet have no idea that making false accusations is a crime. Everyone also helps to screenshot it, so as not to say that the evidence is insufficient.
Subsequently, Luo Yonghao retweeted the relevant post on behalf of Zheng Gang, saying: "This rumor post has been reposted more than 250 times, and there is still more than 240 retweeted to file a case."

Luo Yonghao also pointed out that Zheng Gang has become a dishonest executor and entered the restricted consumption list. He is currently suspected of leaving the country illegally, and posted a post in South Korea falsely accusing himself of tax evasion and became a hot search. After this case is filed, there is a high probability that Zheng Gang will be sentenced.

It is reported that Zheng Gang and Luo Yonghao have had a long-standing conflict, which mainly revolves around Smartisan Technology’s 15 million yuan loan dispute, involving disputes over loan interest, equity repurchase disputes and conflicts in online public opinion.
In January 2023, Zheng Gang issued an article criticizing Luo Yonghao for dragging the hammer to death and being ungrateful. He later publicly criticized Luo Yonghao many times.
In August 2024, Luo Yonghao said that he would sue Zheng Gang and that the company had completed the collection of relevant evidence and materials. Later, Luo Yonghao also published a 10,000-word article detailing the whole incident.
Luo Yonghao introduced in the article that Smartisan Technology and Zheng Gang did have a loan of 15 million yuan and had not repaid it when due. The main reason was that Zheng Gang, an investor in Smartisan Technology, initiated a rogue lawsuit repurchase and "made rumors and defamation" on the Internet.
He claimed that Zheng Gang confused the facts and described the 15 million that Zihui lent to Hammer as money borrowed using a house mortgage, causing the public to think that Luo Yonghao had defaulted on his debt. He also emphasized that the money was originally money from a debt-for-equity swap agreed upon by both parties.
Luo Yonghao said at the time: "If I personally return this money to his company on behalf of Smartisan, it will definitely be the last and final payment before the finale of 'True Return', and the prerequisite for giving it to him is that he shoots an online video and apologizes with an extremely sincere expression."
In September 2024, Zheng Gang changed his social media nickname to "Zheng Gang Guojunwang" and published a long article of more than 2,000 words in response to Luo Yonghao, saying that if Luo Yonghao wanted to act, he would accompany him to act.
In June 2025, Zheng Gang announced the second-instance verdict. According to the judgment, Zheng Gang advocated that Smartisan Technology pay interest during the period of capital occupation at an interest rate of 6% during the loan period from the date of overdue repayment, which was supported by the court.
