Recently, Tesla V4 super charging piles have started deployment in North America, Asia-Pacific, Europe and other regions. It is reported that Tesla plans to start deploying V4 super charging piles in mainland China in 2025. The V4 supercharging pile is equipped with Tesla's most advanced charging technology to enhance the overcharging experience of Tesla owners. At the same time, the V4 supercharging pile fully supports the charging of more third-party vehicles, including existing commercially available models and more newly released models.

The V4 supercharging cabinet that can be used with V4 supercharging piles has been officially released, with a maximum charging power of 500kW (supporting passenger car models) and 1.2MW (supporting Tesla electric heavy-duty commercial truck Semi, totaling 1200kW). The maximum charging power of the V4 supercharging cabinet is significantly higher than that of the V3 cabinet, which means that when multiple vehicles are charged at the same time, each charging vehicle can receive higher charging power. The deployment status of V4 supercharging cabinets is subject to official announcement.

As of now, Tesla has deployed more than 2,000 super charging stations and more than 11,500 super charging stations in mainland China.
