"AI operating mobile phones" has triggered a lot of discussions.
In order to achieve a healthy adaptation between technology development, industry acceptance and user experience, we plan to make some standardized adjustments to the ability of AI to operate mobile phones in some scenarios in the next period of time. 1. Limit the usage scenarios of points and incentives: The original intention of some app manufacturers to launch incentive mechanisms is to encourage active interactive behavior of real users, and do not want such designs to be claimed by AI. We fully understand this request, so we will restrict this part of our capabilities.
2. Further restrict the use of financial applications: Financial scenarios such as banking and Internet payments are directly related to the user's financial security. Although the mobile assistant requires user authorization for sensitive operations, for the sake of prudence, Doubao Mobile Assistant will also temporarily offline the ability to operate such APPs. We will also actively communicate with relevant manufacturers, hoping to jointly develop clear and safe codes of conduct for AI operations.
3. Restriction of some game usage scenarios: Considering that some game scenarios involve competitive rankings, in order to ensure fairness, the AI usage capabilities of some game scenarios are temporarily offline.
At present, we are also actively seeking in-depth communication with various application manufacturers, hoping to promote the formation of clearer and predictable rules to avoid using a one-size-fits-all approach to deny users the right to use AI reasonably.
