On the morning of March 20, Hefei, Anhui Province officially launched the public security traffic control motor vehicle license plate drone delivery line.Currently, this business is limited to pilot new energy vehicles, allowing new energy vehicle owners to register their vehicles on the same day.
At 11:35 a.m. on the 20th, a six-wing drone took off from the Vehicle and Driver Management Office of the Hefei Municipal Public Security Bureau. After more than seven minutes of air flight, it arrived at a local new energy vehicle experience center. The staff then took out the license plate from the cabin and installed it on the new car after being verified by the car owner.
According to the police from the Hefei Vehicle Management Office, people only need to complete the number selection and payment through the Traffic Management 12123 APP, and then wait for the number plate to be delivered to their door.
