VGC (100 points) comments:

The Last of Us Part 2: Remastered is the best way to experience one of the best games of all time. Excellent bonus content and visuals make it a steal and a solid reason to revisit this modern masterpiece.

IGN Spain (70 points):

The Last of Us Part 2: Remastered attempts to follow in the footsteps of the first film, but it gets off to a terrible start. The new version is riddled with bugs, and the exciting "No Return" mode quickly becomes uninteresting, making the remake only half a tribute to the original.

PLAY!Zine (40 points):

"The Last of Us 2: Remastered Edition" cannot be called a remastered version at all. At best it adds some new features that should be free. The roguelike mode "bloody adventure" is boring and meaningless to play. The TLOU combat is a great addition to the story, and it's very well done, unlike "No Way Out," which is basically just hide and seek with an extra step. To a layman, the graphical improvements aren't noticeable enough, especially if you haven't played it in a long time, and the new version also comes with a bunch of bugs that weren't there before. Lost Levels are great for getting a behind-the-scenes look at development, but almost impossible to play since most of them are alpha versions. This should be free DLC for fans, not use it to make a quick buck. Naughty Dog, take a good look at what Santa Monica Studio does.
