On January 19, more than 80 automobile brand stores owned by Guangdong Yongao Investment Group Co., Ltd. suddenly closed down, causing heated discussions. It is understood that the currently affected AITO Wenjie User Center has transferred 31 vehicles that have not been delivered to users in advance, and notified users one by one of the follow-up solutions, which has received positive feedback.
It is understood that after the incident, Huawei and Cyrus immediately set up a special working group to rush to the scene, proactively communicate with the bank, move the vehicles to a safe area, and plan to redeem the vehicle certificates that have been mortgaged to the bank soon. The 31 users will be arranged to complete the delivery at another AITO Wenjie user center.
User "Full Battery Attack" at Station B was one of the 31 affected users. When he learned the news and rushed to the user center, Huawei and Cyrus staff were already on site to deal with the problem. At present, he has successfully taken away his vehicle. He said in the video: "I didn't expect that the matter was resolved so quickly. I have to give Huawei and Cyrus a thumbs up. Some other brand users saw it and came over to ask Huawei and Cyrus to help them solve the problem. Because I saw a lot of (situations) on the scene, it was quite touching, so I hope other brands will also come forward quickly."
According to a well-known automobile blogger, only Wenjie managed to save users’ cars during the collapse of Yongao 4S. The 4S stores of traditional brands don't care at all. Firstly, employees have not been paid for several months and have no obligation to help users solve problems. Secondly, the decision-making chain of traditional brands is very long. Even if someone wants to solve the problem, the financial pressure of tens of millions will lead to no one taking responsibility and they can only keep delaying it. In the end, the users who buy the car will be unlucky.
Public information shows that Yongao Group was founded in 1997 and currently represents Beijing Hyundai, Yueda Kia, Dongfeng Honda, Dongfeng Peugeot, Dongfeng Citroen, GM Chevrolet, Changan Ford, Shanghai Volkswagen, FAW-Volkswagen, Mercedes-Benz, Volvo, Scooter It has more than 20 well-known domestic and foreign automobile brands such as Da, SAIC Roewe, Lynk & Co, Lotus, and Dongfeng Commercial Vehicles, covering Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Dongguan, Zhongshan, Zhuhai, Huizhou, Maoming, Zhaoqing, Yangjiang, Zhanjiang and other places, with more than 2,000 employees.
