[DRAM prices hit a new high in October Agency: Price increases continue in the fourth quarter] November 4th, in October this year, the average global DRAM contract price once again hit a record high, while the average price of NAND flash memory continued to reach the highest price level last month. The agency predicts that in the fourth quarter of this year, DRAM prices are expected to rise quarter-on-quarter, while in terms of NAND flash memory, the price trends of MLC flash memory and SLC flash memory will diverge.
