Abstract:
Xbox head Asha Sharma said that the tenth generation of hardware, code-named Project Helix, will adopt the "device family" route. The planning is centered on the console first, and at the same time provides options for players who go out to play.

In internal meeting minutes shared by Windows Central and cited by GamesRadar, Sharma explained that a single device cannot satisfy all players. Microsoft will produce the devices it is good at, and will also collaborate with partners to develop other devices; more content will be shared as the plan progresses.
Sharma also said that she is satisfied with the progress of related operating systems. The current announcement does not involve device configuration, price or release time.
GamesRadar links "out and about" with portable devices such as Steam Deck, but this is just a media interpretation. The minutes of the meeting did not confirm the Project Helix handheld console, nor did it indicate whether the related device can run the game locally. The existing ROG Xbox Ally is the background for Xbox to enter the portable PC market.
Xbox executive: business returns to growth after massive layoffs
Recently, Xbox head Asha Sharma told employees at an internal meeting that the Xbox business has returned to growth from a historical low after experiencing a "reset", layoffs and studio adjustments. She described the current situation as "two to three times more than before" and expected growth to continue.

Sharma believes the company is making the right decision. However, the content of the meeting did not explain the comparison base period, the business referred to, or the measurement indicators, so it is impossible to judge the changes in specific data such as revenue and number of players based on this.
This statement follows recent personnel and organizational changes at Xbox. Microsoft laid off about 1,600 people in July and nearly 300 more in September, and adjusted the ownership of some studios and businesses.
Sharma also said that "Gears of War: Days of Incident", "Minecraft: Dungeons 2" and "World of Warcraft: Eternal" have started strongly, but again did not give specific numbers.
